Counter-surveillance!

This January, Chris Norris, who specializes in counter-surveillance work, will give an introductory training to counter-surveillance, which is designed to help investigators understand what counter-surveillance is in the context of individual private clients as well as other agencies, general techniques on how to conduct counter-surveillance, and some ethical factors to consider.
About our speaker: Chris is the founder and chief investigator of Artemis Investigations. He has previously worked for multiple PI agencies and independent investigators. He specializes in fixed/mobile surveillance and counter-surveillance and executive protection. He has previously worked with federal agencies such as the DEA and NSA, and is a former Army Infantry Scout sniper.

In a change from previous meetings, the training portion of the meeting will begin immediately after Association Announcement, and the networking portion of the meeting will take place after the training, for everyone who wants to stay on and catch up.
