We are excited to announce our August 3, 2022, PPIAC meeting!
The meeting will be at 455 Sherman Street, Denver, CO 80203. There is ample street and garage parking.
Front doors lock at 4:30 PM, but we will have a note on the door with a number to text if there is no one to let you in. Just keep going left on the main floor until you see the conference room when you enter.
· PPIAC Board Meeting is at 4:30 PM and is open to all voting members to attend.
· Members Meeting directly after the Board Meeting at 6:00 PM is open to all members.
Our speaker (s) for this meeting will be former FBI agents Robin Brown and Donna Peterson.
Robin will discuss his 24 years in the FBI and how he successfully transitioned to the private world as a PI for 22 years. Robin has worked in Criminal defense for four years and taught Criminal Justice and Forensic Psychology for ten years. He is also retired from the University of Colorado Police after 15 years.
Donna is a retired Supervisory Special Agent (SSA). She has worked on transnational computer intrusions, insider threats, and online fraud. While at the FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C., she managed the criminal cyber program, focusing on transnational cybercrime and attacks on the U.S. financial infrastructure. Before joining the FBI, SSA Peterson was a Russian cryptologic linguist with the U.S. Air Force. SSA Peterson held a master’s degree in cybersecurity policy from the University of Maryland – Global Campus and was a certified cyber instructor for the FBI.
Robin and Donna have a wealth of knowledge to share; learn about the FBI while networking. And, following the presentation, all attendees will have FREE PIZZA!
