Topic: Background Checks and the FCRA

Erica Davis brings several years of experience in the investigation field. Erica started her career with the Boulder County Sheriff's Office where she gained valuable records experience. She later transferred to the 911 center as a dispatcher and then to Longmont Police Department where she was a supervisor in the 911 center. Erica and her husband Steve opened Davis & Associates Professional Background Services LLC in Longmont in 2006. Since then, they have opened the main office in Denver and also have satellite offices in Bayfield CO, Utah, Florida and Texas. The company focuses on a variety of investigative needs such as background checks, personal injury investigations, police & fire backgrounds/integrity interviewing and general investigations. Recently Erica obtained her Texas PI license to work with her Texas clients. Erica's vast experience and training in background checks and reports will take some of the guesswork out of navigating through the FCRA process and give insight on how to avoid mistakes PIs make when conducting background checks and pulling records.
