What You Need to Know
Steve will provide an overview of the basics of process serving, with emphasis on laws, rules, theories and more!
Steven D. Glenn is the co-owner of Magnum-Diego Priority Services, Peak Process Servers and Checkmate, Inc. He is a Colorado Licensed Private Investigator and an Alternate Defense Counsel (ADC) Investigator. He is also a co-founder and current President of the Process Servers Association of Colorado, (PSACO). Mr. Glenn also served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Professional Process Servers, (NAPPS), for four years, obtaining the position of 1st Vice President.
He was instrumental in petitioning the Colorado Supreme Court, Civil Rules
Committee, to change Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 4 and was asked by the Committee Chair to sit on the Sub-Committee to draft the wording for the changes recently adopted.
